Author's Guidelines
1. Manuscript Preparation
- Title: Ensure the title is clear and concise, accurately representing the research.
- Abstract: Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words, summarizing key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Include 4-6 relevant keywords that define the manuscript.
- Body Text:
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced.
- Sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Equations, tables, and figures must be sequentially numbered and referenced.
- References: Follow the journal's referencing style, ensuring all citations are accurate.
2. Formatting and Length
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- The manuscript length should not exceed the journal's limit, including tables and references.
- Upon acceptance, papers must be resubmitted in the journal's format.
3. Submission Process
- Submit manuscripts via online submision system Submit here.
- Submission should include:
- An anonymized manuscript for review.
- A cover letter detailing the research's importance.
- A separate document with author details and ORCID IDs.
- 3-4 suggested reviewers.
- A similarity report(below 20%).
4. Review Process
The review process follows a single-blind model, taking 3-4 months for the first decision. Inquiries may be sent after this period.
5. Similarity and Plagiarism
Manuscripts must have a similarity index of less than 20%, otherwise, they will be rejected.
6. Figures and Tables
Figures must be in high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) and tables should have descriptive titles. Reference all figures and tables in the text.
7. Copyright and Conflict of Interest
Upon acceptance, authors must submit a copyright transfer agreement and declare no conflict of interest.

REVIEWER GUIDELINES
Thank you for agreeing to review a manuscript for Mathematical Forum. As a reviewer, your role is critical in ensuring the quality and integrity of the research published in our journal. Please follow the guidelines below while conducting your review.
1. Confidentiality
- All manuscripts are confidential. Do not share or discuss the manuscript with anyone other than the editorial team without prior permission.
- If you need assistance with any part of the review, inform the editor in advance.
2. Timeliness
- Reviewers are expected to complete the review process within 60 days of receiving the manuscript.
- If you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify the editor as soon as possible.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Please evaluate the manuscript based on the following criteria:
- Originality: Is the research original and does it contribute new knowledge or insights to the field?
- Relevance: Does the paper align with the scope of Mathematical Forum?
- Clarity: Is the paper well-structured, with clear objectives, methods, and conclusions?
- Methodology: Are the methods used appropriate, sound, and sufficiently explained?
- Results: Are the results clearly presented and supported by the data? Are the figures and tables useful?
- Mathematical Rigor: Is the mathematics accurate and correctly applied?
- References: Are relevant previous works cited appropriately?
Please provide constructive feedback to help the authors improve their work. Avoid personal comments and focus on the research content.
4. Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: Report any concerns about potential plagiarism or ethical misconduct.
- Conflicts of Interest: If you have a conflict of interest with the authors or the subject matter, please inform the editor immediately and decline the review.
5. Review Report
Your report should include the following:
- Summary: A brief summary of the manuscript, stating its objectives and contributions.
- Comments to Authors: Detailed feedback on the strengths and areas for improvement. Highlight any specific sections that need clarification or revision.
- Recommendation:
- Accept without revisions
- Accept with minor revisions
- Accept with major revisions
- Reject
Decision Process:
- For minor revisions, the final decision will be taken by the editor after receiving the revised manuscript.
- For major revisions, the revised manuscript will be returned to the reviewer, and their opinion will play a critical role in the final decision.
6. Anonymity
Mathematical Forum adopts a single-blind review process, meaning reviewers are anonymous to the authors, but you will be aware of the author’s identity.
7. Review Process
- After completing your review, submit your report through the provided review portal or email it directly to the editor at editormathematicalforum@dibru.ac.in.
- The editor will make the final decision based on your and other reviewers’ feedback.
